In response to Coronavirus ( Covid – 19) additional safety and sanitation measures are currently in effect at this property. We are taking steps to help protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result.
Although the property is a self catering premises, certain food and beverage services which are normally offered complimentary, may be limited or unavailable due to Coronavirus ( Covid-19)

This Access Statement aims to accurately describe the facilities and services that we offer all our guests/visitors, but does not contain personal opinions as to our suitability for those with access needs.
The building.
The Coach House Bungalow is a pretty mid terraced, cottage style property which has a front Courtyard garden accessed through the gate, which leads to the distinctive Red Stable Door with Coach Light above. There is a small step down to the front door, measuring approximately 5inches. Once over the raised threshold step, (measuring approximately 2inches) onto a stone step before stepping down (approximately 2inches) onto the wooden floor of the Lounge. Once inside the property it is all on one level, except a slight raised threshold into the kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped, although small, has Electric Hob and Oven, Microwave and Fridgefreezer. The bedroom is situated at the rear of the property with a King size bed. The bathroom has a Shower cubicle with sliding doors opening width 17inches. A raised plynth up to the shower of approximately 7inches over the threshold into the shower. Shower seat can be provided on request. Vanity sink and toilet, with heated towel rail complete the bathroom.
Access to the rear of the building from the back door in the inner hallway. Out through the back door a small narrow pathway to the back gate with shared access for emptying the dustbins.

Arrival and Parking facilities.
Limited parking is available on the road opposite the Coach House Bungalow, which is handy for first arrival but if preferred the Car park on Windermere Road is diagonally across the road from the property which operates a Pay and Display ticket method. All guests are provided with a complimentary Parking Permit for use on most of the local area Car parks. A list of Car Parks will be provided.
